| The eight devices, which police said were easily capable of causing injury or death, were found in a copse at Eynsham Hall, near Witney, on Friday. Speaking at a press conference, Detective Superintendent John Donlon of Thames Valley Police said the devices were contained in clear plastic water bottles, each packed with explosives and three kilograms of brass nuts.
