The funeral of County Antrim murder victim Julie Tennant has been held in her County Antrim hometown.

Hundreds of people followed the 21-year-old's coffin as it was brought to All Saints Catholic church in Ballymena from her home.

Among those leading the mourners were her mother and her five sisters. Many other young people attended the funeral.

The church was so full that not everyone could be seated.

Canon Sean Connolly, who led the funeral service, paid tribute to Miss Tennant.
