| A statement by the military authorities said Aung San Suu Kyi had been travelling without proper security arrangements and was stopped for her own safety. A similar stand-off two years ago ended when she returned home on the advice of her doctor after spending 13 days in her parked car. The BBC's Roger Hearing reports. |
