BBC 'should consult public' over plans
Clive Jones, the Chief Executive of Carlton, expressed concern at the lack of public consultation after Greg Dyke formally announced the plans to move the nine o'clock news in a speech to the Edinburgh Television Festival last night. Mr Dyke will this morning answer questions at the Festival on his proposed changes to the BBC. The BBC's David Sillito reports from Edinburgh.
