Mexico and US look to future
	Vicente Fox is interested in more open borders, and greater economic co-operation. The Canadians have already said they don't think Mr Fox's ideas will work. Mr Clinton said he was willing to give the president-elect a fair hearing on the issue, but he reiterated that the United States would protect its borders. The BBC's Johnny Dymond reports
