| The winner, Richard Hatch was one of 16 contestants marooned on the South Pacific island of Pulau Tiga in May. Since the broadcast of the show, Hatch has been inundated with marriage proposals. The runners up have also become celebrities, winning advertising contracts and securing TV roles. The BBC's Tom Brooks reports. |
