Poor George W. Bush: He may become the next president of the United States in November, but his tendency to get caught in his sentences, and his frequent slips of the tongue, have made him an object of ridicule. One example is: "It's clearly a budget. It's got a lot of numbers in it". This BBC interview is with Jacob Weissberg of the on-line magazine Slate, who has been conducting a study of the genre.
