FBI 'hacking' case adjourned
Raphael Gray
Raphael Gray faces 10 charges
The case against a Welsh teenager charged with computer hacking offences has been adjourned.

Raphael Gray, 18, from Clunderwen, faces 10 charges under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 of downloading unauthorised information.

In March, Mr Gray was arrested with another teenager after an international FBI investigation into an alleged $3m internet credit card fraud incident.

He denies all the charges.

The case was adjourned until 14 September when he will appear again at Carmarthen magistrates court.

It is understood that agents from the FBI travelled to Britain as part of the international investigation.
