Bad grammar

English is the global language of the internet, but it seems that non-UK residents are more careful in their use of grammar than the British are, especially when it comes to using e-mail. Now some companies are so concerned about the way their business is represented in e-mails, they are bringing in specialists, to teach basic English to employees, as the BBC's business correspondent Anne Scott reports.
