Sarah's law

Police in Sussex have again appealed for help in catching the killer of eight-year-old Sarah Payne. The pressure is still on to change the law so that people are told if a known sex offender moves into their neighbourhood. The idea for Sarah's Law comes from America. The murder of a 7 year-old girl by a sex offender gave rise there to Megan's law. The BBC's Gavin Hewitt has been to see Megan's mother.
