| The United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) says militia gangs have set up roadblocks to prevent refugees from East Timor returning home. More than 150,000 people fled East Timor when violence erupted following last year's vote for independence from Jakarta. The BBC's Peter Biles reports.
