Audiences fell after the News at Ten was axed
ITV has been granted a judicial review of an order that it should move its late evening news programme.

In June the Independent Television Commission asked ITV to move it's 11 O'Clock Nightly News to an earlier slot in an effort to revive flagging audience figures.

The independent network initially refused to move the news slot but was then ordered to do so by the ITC.

ITV has been strongly criticised for scrapping its News At Ten programme.
