Colombia's cocaine crisis
	The United States has been warned that it risks being dragged into a civil war if it goes ahead with plans to help fight the war against cocaine barons in Colombia. It plans to sendi a huge shipment of military equipment to the government there, as the BBC's Rageh Omaar reports.
