Branson close to Lottery coup
The current lottery operator Camelot was competing with a bid from the People's Lottery, a non-profit making consortium headed by entrepreneur Sir Richard Branson. Camelot was ruled out because the commission felt problems with its computer software had not been resolved. But the door remains open for the People's Lottery as the BBC's Nick Higham reports.
