	With 4 billion pounds lost every year through benefit fruad, the government has been criticised for not doing enough to stamp out the problem. Now in an attempt to catch and prosecute culprits, former SAS soldiers are being used to train Benefits Agency Staff as the BBC's Fergal Parkinson reports.
