	No country is more closely associated with coffee than Brazil. Historically, much of its wealth was built on the coffee bean, and it´s still the world´s biggest exporter. As Stephen Cviic reports from São Paulo, the industry is sending its waiters and salesmen back to school to learn how to make a decent cup.
