Japan sees India as IT partner
	The Japanese prime minister, Yoshiro Mori, has begun a three-day visit to India, seeing for himself the country's thriving computer industry in the southern city of Bangalore. He announced a number of initiatives to increase co-operation in the sector. But so far Mr Mori has steered clear of mentioning Japan's sanctions against India over its nuclear policy.
