War on drugs

One of the poorest countries in South America is about to get more than a billion dollars from the United States. But it's not to relieve poverty or deprivation. It's to help the government of Colombia in the fight against drugs, and will pay for helicopter gunships, naval patrol boats and American military expertise. The BBC's Rageh Omaar reports from Colombia on how the stakes are being raised in the drugs war.
