Altavista blames BT for internet sham
The US internet company AltaVista said it would allow users to surf the web for as long as they wanted in return for a set annual fee. But the BBC has learned that despite indications from the company that the service was up and running - it didn't actually get off the ground. The BBC's Greg Wood reports.
