| Dramatic moments are expected this week when a Libyan defector is due to give evidence, concealed by special screens in court, and with his voice probably disguised. The case is being heard at a Dutch military base under Scottish law -- the agreed terms which led to the accused leaving Libya. The BBC's Steve Kingstone reports
