| The Philippine justice authorities have thrown out a criminal case against the suspected author of the lovebug computer virus. Billions of dollars of damage were caused in May when the email virus, which lured people into opening it up with those magic words "I love you", attacked at least 45 million computers. A 23 year old computer school dropout, Onel de Guzman, was the sole remaining suspect. Manila-based internet journalist Alan Robles says it was no surprise when the charges were dropped.
