Turkish president defies government
The Turkish president, Ahmet Necdet Sezer, has, for the second time, vetoed a decree which the government has been urging him to sign. In response, the prime minister, Bulent Ecevit, said the president had no right to do what he's doing, and he accused Mr Sezer of hindering Turkey's fight against radical Islamist groups. The BBC's Chris Morris reports from Ankara.
