World anti-smoking drive
	The 11th World Conference on the effects of smoking has opened in the American city of Chicago with calls not merely to reduce smoking but to work for a future without tobacco. It is the largest ever meeting of its kind as the BBC's Elizabeth Blunt reports from Chicago.
