Decision due on Northern Ireland parade
	The Northern Ireland Parades Commission will rule today on the annual Protestant Apprentice Boys march. The most contentious issue being dealt with is a parade down the nationalist Lower Ormeau Road in Belfast, which is strongly opposed by local residents. The BBC's Kevin Connolly reports from Belfast.
