Car clampdown
National Parks in England and Wales are calling for a change in the law to stop cars using unsurfaced mountain roads. They are worried that a growing number of vehicles are causing environmental damage and they are lobbying the government to include measures in the Countryside Bill to limit where cars are entitled to go. The BBC's Helen Callaghan reports.
