Scots held on drugs charges
Malmo in Sweden
The two men were arrested in Malmo
Two Scots arrested in Sweden are to appear in court facing drugs trafficking charges.

Scott McCallum and Kevin Black were allegedly caught in possession of cannabis with a street value of £30,000.

They were arrested on 20 July by police in Malmo and have been remanded in custody until later this month.

McCallum and Black, from Newburgh, Fife, were detained after Swedish police recovered a haul of between 15 and 16 kilos of the drug.

Details of the arrests are unclear, but the authorities believe the consignment was destined for the UK.

A Foreign Office spokesman confirmed that the men had been arrested and had obtained legal representation in Sweden.
