Ponies plight
	Over the past six months animal welfare group, RSPCA has rescued animals kept in people's front gardens and even on the balcony of a flat. They say the problem is caused by the falling price of horses, which can be bought for as little as a pound. The BBC's Steve Kingstone reports.
