Power shortage
	Soaring temperatures in California are threatening the state with widespread electricity cuts, putting Silicon Valley, the heart of the high-tech industry, at risk. Power companies say if the heat wave continues they'll be forced to switch off parts of the supply, or the entire grid system could fail. The BBC's David Willis reports
