| The announcement comes in the same week that has seen one of the worst nights of violence in the course of the conflict in Kashmir. Nearly one hundred people, most of them civilians, were murdered in six attacks. Now, the militant group Hizbul Mujahideen has declared a ceasefire. The BBC's Mike Wooldridge reports.
