| Congo Brazzaville has been torn apart by war for the last three years. But the country, named after the capital established by the nineteenth century French explorer, Pierre Brazza, now has a tentative peace. And the people of Congo Brazzaville do not owe that to the United Nations, they have done it all themselves.
