Tougher paedophile laws pledge
The News of the World says it will revive its campaign to publish the names of paedophiles, if the law is not changed. The paper, backed by the parents of the murdered schoolgirl Sarah Payne, wants controlled public access to the register of child sex offenders. But the UK government says that revealing the names, is a matter for the police and probation services. The BBC's Karen Allen reports.
