Bomb explosion in Pakistan kills two

Two people have been killed in a bomb explosion in the city of Quetta in southwest Pakistan.

Four others, including two children, were injured by the bomb which had been placed in a vehicle taken for repairs to a garage.

It was the latest in a series of such attacks in the city: more than twelve bombs have gone off there since March.

The police have given no details about any suspects, but a BBC correspondent in Quetta says a previously unknown group, calling itself the Baloch Liberation Army, has said it carried out the previous bombings.
