Nigeria hostages 'to be freed'
	The international oil company, Shell, says it has reached an agreement with the representatives of the local militants who have been holding 165 workers hostage on two of the compnay´s oil rigs in southern Nigeria. The BBC's Barnaby Phillips reports.
