Body discovered after Kashmir kidnapping
Police in Indian-administered Kashmir say they have found a body suspected to be that of a German tourist, Rolf Harfuth, kidnapped three weeks ago by separatist militants. The discovery follows reports that the kidnappers shot their victim shortly after the abduction. The body is being taken to Kargil for identification. From the newsroom of the BBC World Service |
