Guilty breast surgeon escapes ban
	A senior doctor has been found guilty of serious professional misconduct after he removed a woman's breast without properly diagnosing her condition. The General Medical Council decided not to strike William Thomson off the register. He was described as a competent and caring surgeon. The BBC's Emma Simpson reports.
