Sex trade
	According to Italian government figures, some forty thousand young women have been smuggled into the country to work in the sex trade. The women, most of whom come from former communist countries, are often mistreated, and are now being offered protection in return for evidence against the criminals who control them. The BBC's Brian Barron reports.
