Top Tory adviser defects to Labour
	A prominent UK Conservative, who was one of the original contenders to be the Tory candidate for Mayor of London, is defecting to Labour. He says the leader of the opposition Conservatives, William Hague, is "plain nasty". The BBC's Carole Walker reports.
