Eleven dead in Colombia attack
	The FARC rebel group is believed to have been behind the attack, the third such incident in as many weeks. It follows last month's vote by members of the US Congress, to approve a record 1.3 billion dollar package of military aid to help in Colombia's fight against the rebels and drug traffiking.
