Chavez promises revolutionary change
	Venezuela's newly re-elected president Hugo Chavez promises to maintain his campaign against his country's political and economic establishment. But as the BBC's Bill Hayton reports, with his allies in Parliament just short of a two-thirds majority, Mr Chavez may face some resistance from the formerly divided opposition.
