| The Yugoslav authorities say they have detained four Dutchmen whom they accuse of plotting to abduct or kill President Slobodan Milosevic. This is only one of a number of plots to assassinate Mr Milosevic which the Yugoslav authorities say they've uncovered in recent months. The BBC's Jackie Rowland reports. |
