Mother brands McKinnon ruling a 'disgrace'

A computer hacker who broke into US military and Nasa computers has lost his appeal against extradition to the United States.

Gary McKinnon, who is 43 and has Asperger's Syndrome, admits hacking, but says his motives were not malicious.

His mother Janis Sharp called the High Court ruling a ''disgrace'' and appealed to the US president to intervene.
