US seeks Afghan prison overhaul

A US military review is to recommend an overhaul of the entire Afghan prison and judicial systems, Pentagon officials have confirmed.

It comes after allegations of prisoner abuses at the US-run Bagram prison and fears it has become a recruitment centre for the Taliban.
