Belgium make just one change

Nico van Kerckhoven gets his chance

Co-hosts Belgium have made just the one change as they prepare to lock horns with Italy on Wednesday.

Coach Robert Waseige has dropped Philippe Leonard from his defence and replaced him with Schalke 04's Nico van Kerckhoven.

Marc Wilmots has shrugged off a minor knee injury to take his place in midfield.

Belgium and Italy both won their opening games by a 2-1 scoreline.

The two go head to head with the winners all but guaranteed a place in the last eight.
