Fiji's military leader plans government
The senior officer in the military government of Fiji says he expects to appoint a civilian administration within a few days. The officer, Commodore Frank Bainimarama, says there will be no place in the new government for the leader of the coup who is still holding the elected prime minister and his ministers hostage. The BBC's Phil Mercer reports.
