Pathologist
	An inquiry is launched to determine how a pathologist made hundreds of mistakes in testing for cancer and other diseases over the course of several years. A review of Dr James Ellwood's work at hospitals in Swindon, Bath, Surrey and Sussex found he'd made a wrong diagnosis in more than 230 cases. All the patients affected have been contacted.
