Empty building

Can an empty building touch the emotions? Among the many architectural wonders of the new German Capital, Berlin, one building seems to be doing so : The brand new Jewish Museum. Designed by the architect Daniel Liebeskind, it has already attracted more than its share of publicity. Some visitors claim the building has an energy all of its own and they've been moved to tears by the experience. The BBCs Berlin Correspondent, Rob Broomby reports.
