Donald: A frustrating time for 'White Lightning'
Warwickshire paceman Allan Donald faces a further two to three weeks on the sidelines after breaking two ribs in a collisions with a boundary fence.

He has been bowling in the nets but the scan has revealed that the fractures have still not healed properly.

The South African suffered the injury during a National League game against Hampshire in early May.

He was hoping to make his first Championship appearance of the season against Northamptonshire this week, but has now targeted the home game with Sussex on 7 July for his comeback.

"I am nowhere near ready," he admitted.

It is a major blow for Warwickshire, who were only able to play Donald in two Championship matches last season because of the World Cup and an ankle problem.
