Mixed results for Montenegro
Preliminary returns indicate the party of the reformist president, Milo Djukanovic, won convincingly in the capital Podgorica. But it looks likely to face a setback in the seaside resort of Herceg Novi, where supporters of the Yugoslav leader Slobodan Milosevic, have begun celebrating their apparent victory.
