Fiji's army apologises
The military in Fiji has apologised to the rebel leader, George Speight after troops opened fire on his car. Mr Speight and his group are holding 30 people hostage in Fiji's parliament. A military spokesman described the incident as a grave misjudgement and a terrible mistake. The BBC's Phil Mercer reports.
