Raul fit to face Norway

Spain were given a massive boost before their opening Group C clash with Norway on Tuesday when striker Raul Gonzales declared himself fit to play.
Raul has been out of action since picking up a thigh injury in Real Madrid's European Champions League final win over Valencia last month. But he emerged from a gentle training session at the team's hotel in Tegelen confident of facing the Norwegians in Rotterdam. "I feel absoultely fine, 100 per cent," Raul said. "I've had a week's training with the rest of the squad and I'm at the same level as everyone else. "There will be no problem about fitness for the Norwegian game."
With Raul in the side, Spain start as strong favourites against the Norwegians, but the striker insists it will be a tough opening match. "Norway are very disciplined and ordered in their play, not just in defence, but in the midfield and attack as well. They're a very good side. "From my own personal point of view, I know it's going to be very difficult to score against them. They press very well and give you few opportunities on the ball. He added: "I think they have an excellent chance of qualifying for the quarter-finals."
